Nice position,nice building,helpful staff,big Swimming pool with a skyline view.if they improve The cleaning it will be perfect.

It was nice Hotel and the environment was good. The only thing is that Coffee House close early n back by 9:30pm, already close.

We were recommended to stay at Royal Kuningan because it is easily accessible to all the Government's offices. From the outside, the building looked old, but once you stepped inside, we were impressed by the interior. The grand staircase and the chandeliers are the best look of the hotel. We took the escalator to the Lobby which is on the 1st floor. The personnel during checking-in were very helpful. Checking it was fast. We booked a Double Deluxe Room. The room is spacious, with warm tones, and has a huge bed, a sofa, a coffee/tea facility, a safe box, the right number of hangers, bedroom sleepers and various channels for the TV that you can choose from. Inside the closet, there is a small door that is connected to the bathroom, it can fit a small person to pass by. I don't know what this is for. The bathroom is a little bit dated and so does the bath towels. No hand and face towels were provided. There wasn't a bathtub which is OK for me. The water that came out from the shower had a foul smell. I had to run the water for a while to let go of the smell first before taking a shower. The place to put soap and shampoo bottles was too small, so I had to put them on the shower floor. The breakfast selection was mainly 90% local Indonesian food. It would be nice to have some small packed cheese and yoghurt in a small tub that you can buy from the supermarket and a good selection of bread. The hotel doesn't provide money-changing services. In the room, you can find 3 international sockets, so you will be able to charge your phone or laptop if you have forgotten to bring an adapter. The lobby and the lounge don't use electrical sockets, which the hotel should consider to change it in future. There is a decent lounge on the ground floor that is perfect for meeting with clients and having some drinks and snacks. We didn't get the chance to try the swimming pool and the sauna, or touring the city due to our packed meeting schedule.

When we check out hotel,we other taxi blu bird ,he cheating,he took around around long way to the airport, took 3 hours from hotel royal kuningan to the airport and paid 30 dolars.Warning don`"t used blue birrd better used grab car.

Rooms are a good size and good shower.the restaurant was also fine . The hotel is close to Casablanca mall which hosts a few very good restaurants and Bars.

Well nothing , it was a bit too crowded days I was there since they hosts lots of events .

the properties are old. need to upgrade. example, the rug in the hallway.

there is no visible plug in the bathroom to use an electrical shaver.

AC system not good, location not close to find restaurant to eat something. Overall satisfaction was moderate

central location, affordable price. always in love with the view from the pool.

bathroom kinda smelly this time. they only provide you with one towel per room in the pool area. weird regulation

We chose this hotel based on past experience and the space available for travellers using the Junior suite

Paying up-front on arrival was not a good sign of trust and friendly welcome - particularly as we had been travelling without sleep for over twenty hours.
